Mary Beth Collins

Mary Beth Nowlan Collins, 57, of 1765 US Hwy 1 South died Thursday, February 15, 2007 at her home. Mrs. Collins was born February 1, 1950 in Richmond Co.,a daughter of the late George F. and Mary Eloise Whittington Nowlan She was a graduate of Hamlet High School , had been employed in the parts department of Champion Ford Lincoln Mercury in Rockingham and was co-owner of J&J Wrecker Service and Crazy Saloon. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Casey Faulk. Surviving are her husband, James Collins of the home, son Robbie Robinson of Hamlet, brother, George Nowlan of Jacksonville, FL, and a step son Jeremy Collins of Cordova. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday in the Carter Funeral Home Colonial Chapel. Interment will follow in Richmond County Memorial Park. The family will see friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Friday at Carter Funeral Home and at other times at the home on US Hwy 1 South.
