Charles Aaron Hurley

Charles Aaron Hurley, 18, of 766 Crawford Rd., Ellerbe, died Friday, March 9, 2007 at FirstHealth Richmond Memorial Hospital due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Aaron was born December 2, 1988 in Rowan County, North Carolina a son of James Hurley and Joan Culp Richardson. He was a member of Mt. Carmel Free Will Baptist Church, had attended Richmond County Schools and was currently a student at Richmond Community College. Surviving are his mother and step father, Joan and Mark Richardson of the home, father, James Hurley of Eden, , brother, James C. “ Jace” Hurley of Troy, , sisters, Savannah Bowler, Kaitlin Richardson, Jordan Richardson, and Julianne Richardson all of the home, grandparents, Charles and Yvonne Hurley of Asheboro, Alice and Wiley Callicutt of Troy, and Wilbur Richardson of Rockingham. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM Tuesday in the Auditorium of Ellerbe junior High School with Rev. Royce Honeycutt and Rev. Wayne Richardson officiating. Interment will follow in Ellerbe Cemetery. The family will see friends from 5:00 – 8:00 PM Monday at Carter Funeral Home in Ellerbe and at other times at the home on Crawford Rd.
