Hazel Broach Cline

Hazel Louise Broach Cline, 85, of Rockingham, completed her earthly journey on Sunday, December 25, 2022.

Mrs. Cline was born July 13, 1937 in Darlington, SC, a daughter of the late Coit Edward and Hattie Belle Evans Broach. She was a member of Faith Christian Center, had worked in textiles and also with FirstHealth Richmond Memorial Hospital. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Adrell Cline; son, Thomas A. Cline, Jr; daughter, Kathy Cline Cooper and brothers, Col. Earl Broach and Sgt. Grady Broach.

Surviving are her children, Darlene Webb, Robert Cline (Alice), Dale Moss (Billy) and Michael Cline (Kim); eleven grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren and sister, Mazie Spell.

Funeral services will be at 3:00 pm Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham with Rev. E.B. Cline and Rev. Steve Small officiating. Interment will follow in Richmond County Memorial Park with Rev. Phillip Cline officiating.

The family will receive friends from 1:45 – 2:45 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
