Lettie Ruth Lewis Hill

Lettie Ruth Lewis Hill, 87, of Ellerbe passed away Thursday, December 26, 2024 at Hospice Haven in Rockingham. 

 Mrs. Hill was born September 3, 1937 in Stokes County, a daughter of the late Marvin Davis and Nellie Joyce Lewis. She was a homemaker and longtime member of McLean Presbyterian Church where she was active in the Women of the Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert A. Hill.  

Surviving are her children, David Hill, Michael Hill, Connie Hill (Albert Hough), and Robby Hill; grandchildren, Ricky Hill, Tabby Hill, Andrew Hough, Savannah DeWitt, Austin Hough and Johnathan DeWitt; great grandchildren, Ricky Hill, Jr, Riley Hill, Christopher Brady, Trevor Warner, Eleanor DeWitt and Abigail DeWitt and siblings, Joann Lewis, Mickey Lewis and Bonnie Walker. 

Graveside services will be at 2:00 pm Saturday, December 28, 2024 at Ellerbe Cemetery with Rev. Jamie Smith officiating. The family will greet friends following the service.
