Michael Wayne Marsh

Michael Wayne Marsh, 71, of Hoffman, passed away Thursday, February 23, 2023 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst.

Mr. Marsh was born August 26, 1951 in Richmond County, a son of the late Grant and Louise Virginia Dawkins Marsh. He had worked for 18 years with JP Stevens in Aberdeen and later in construction.

Surviving are his wife, Sandra “Sandy” Faircloth Marsh; brothers, Richard Marsh and Larry Marsh; sisters, Carolyn Green, Dee Dee Smith and Myra Cooke and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be at 11 am Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at Blue Cemetery in Hoffman with Pastor Eddie McLean officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 pm Monday at Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham and at other times at the home.
